PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要職責）

1. Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Purification Facility ops such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries.
在凈化裝置運行管理中推進和服從空氣化工全部環保、健康、安全標準，進行持續改進以達到或優于管理目標。終極目標是“零傷害”。

2. Provide effective leadership to support P Shift Leader ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.
有效的支持凈化值班長領導部屬確保裝置安全、高效運行，服從和滿足合同要求，不斷提高裝置在線運行率。

3. Ensure compliance with JVCo SWP Program and responsible for Site Work Permits issuing management.
遵守合資公司許可證管理程序，負責現場工作安全許可證簽發管理。

4. Responsible for the management of shift succession, the shift production tasks (Customer needs) and safety handover & monitoring work for maintenance to be arranged in a unified way.
負責交接班管理，對本輪班的生產任務(客戶要求)和維修交出、監護工作進行統一布置。

5. Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard and operating troubles and trouble-shooting.
組織實施現場按時巡檢，發現和消除可能的安全危害，發現和解決操作異常。

6. Contact with upstream and downstream units, keep the eyes on the variation of process operation condition, do the best to stabilize the process operation index.
加強和上下游裝置的密切聯系，關注操作條件的變化，盡一切可能穩定工藝運行指標。

7. Support P Shift Leader to develop the shift Ops Team to ensure that Team can: 
協助凈化值班長通過加強管理，提高班組的能力以實現：

 - Monitor and make adjustment if needed to keep all the units running well with high efficiency. 
   精心調節，使所有的裝置高效運行。
 - Be built with technical competency on plant troubleshooting and keeping the plant under high reliability. 
提高裝置故障判斷和處理能力，使工廠穩定運行。

SCOPE OF WORK（工作范圍）

2 * (CO Shift Unit, RWU(Lurgi Rectisol Wash Unit) and FDU(Fine Desulfurization Unit)), 1* (CO2 Compress, Propylene Compress, Boiler Feed Water (BFW) Supply Station.包括：2 套 一氧化碳變換單元、酸性氣體脫除單元（魯奇低溫甲醇洗工藝）、精脫硫單元，一套二氧化碳壓縮單元、丙烯壓縮單元、鍋爐給水供應站。

JOB REQUIREMENTS（職位要求）

Bachelor Degree. Candidates for this position will be evaluated on the basis of the following: 
-- Demonstrated managerial, leadership and interpersonal skills 
-- A track record of success on Safety, Environmental, Quality and Employee Involvement 
-- Ability to interface with upstream and downstream plant shift lead operator. 
-- 5 years' experience in Coal to Raw-syngas Purification plant or equivalent complexity operation and maintenance. 
-- Having a demonstrated record of continued advancement from Deputy Shift Leader Position with at least 2 years of relative plant experiences. 
本科學歷。 應聘人員應具備下列基本條件： 
有較強的管理能力、領導能力和人際交往能力。 
有在安全、環保、質量控制和員工管理方面的成功業績。 
具備與上下游裝置班組長良好溝通的能力。 
具有5年在煤制粗合成氣凈化裝置或類似復雜裝置操作與維護的經驗。 
具有在煤氣凈化裝置或類似復雜裝置副值班長崗位上連續工作滿2年以上的經歷。
