Roles and Responsibilities:


·       Assist E&I supervisor
in building up maintenance mechanic team and in line with site vision.

·       Continues practice MBM
culture, EHS and compliance expectations in work.

·       Ensure maintenance
activities in safety condition.

·       support mechanical supervisor
complete the D1R plan. For example, develop the equipment maintenance procedure
and JSA, E&I technician training material and collect SAP master data. 

·       As a trainer, train and
coach junior peers and contractors, improve their professional knowledge and
skill.

·       Provide maintenance skill
training to operation team based on OBWS training requirement. 

·       As an equipment maintenance
expert, provide the technical support for maintenance activity. Supervising,
controlling and checking maintenance quality.

·       Support to set up
maintenance E&I workshop, ensure all the facilities & tools in workshop
can meet maintenance activities demand. 

During Project:


·       Ensure lessons learned from
previous project and operation will be applied in the new project

·      
Works with project team and EPC
company to review engineering documents and provide comments from the aspect of
maintainability. 

·      
Support to inspect the
construction quality to meet the engineering requirement. 

·      
Support to equipment final
inspection in vendor’s workshop.

·      
Participate in system walk down
and handover when mechanical completion, find out and correct the installation
issues.  

·      
Provide maintenance service in
pre-commissioning and commissioning.

During Normal
Operation after Project:


·      
Complete the day to day
maintenance jobs and turnaround jobs. 

·      
Perform maintenance daily work
plan and schedule.

·      
Ensure work order complete in
time according priority requirement. 

·      
Ensure maintenance record enter
to SAP system in time for future reference. 

·      
Assisting supervisor to
analyses the root cause of equipment defects, give suggestion and carry out of
defects improvement.

·      
Analysis maintenance records to
continue improve work quality and efficiency. 

·      
Support maintenance supervisor
to manage maintenance workshop, ensure all the facilities & tools in
workshop are keeping in good condition and ready to be used, same as workshop
housekeeping.

Main Requirements: 


 


·      
Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, good relationship with colleagues and
team spirit.

·      
Familiar
with the Electric equipment troubleshooting, inspection procedure and
calibration procedure, such as transformer, breaker, MCC, UPS, and VFD.  

·      
Familiar
with instrument equipment, such as DCS, SIS system, field instrument, On-line
Analyzer, control valve, transmitters and flowmeters etc.

·      
Familiar
with the SAP PM module.

·      
Experience
of maintenance procedure development. For example: procedure develop experience
for HV substation and analyzer etc.



·      
Has
maintenance plan and schedule experience.

·      
About 8
years maintenance working experience in a chemical plant or petrochemical plant.

Education


·      
Technical secondary school
graduate or above in electrical, instrumentation and automation. 

Language Needed


·      
Good English reading ability.
Can read the English version of equipment manual.

Knowledge & Skills
Preferred: 

?     Have new plant
project experience. 

·      
Have TPM
experience.

·      
110kv or
35kv substation operation experience.

·      
Analyzer
troubleshooting and maintenance experience.

·      
HV and LV
electrical equipment operation certificate holder will be preferred.

·      
College
degree or above in electrical, instrumentation and automation is preferred.
